The interview process is done remotely, a hiring agent will call you and ask questions, the overall process was under 20 minutes. They ask if you've heard of the company and some other basic questions, it's relatively easy.

Why do you want to work at Tesla Have you heard about Tesla's mission Can you stand for long periods of time and can you work long hours and get overtime
Great, the process was quick and easy. First with recruiter then onsite group interview, 4 people with a hiring manager. Questions were mainly about yourselves. Understand Tesla's mission is a brownie point.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
