I had an initial telephone interview followed by receiving a research task I had to complete within 48 hours regarding the findings of the best hotels for a family with specific requirements. I got through and answered some more personality questions and took part in a talk from several management employees and CEO, it was all very seedy. Followed by a group assessment with 8 other girls. Half of them were sent home after completing presentations about themselves. The rest of us had to complete another hotel task followed by an interview with the team leader and another member of staff. I told them my salary expectations from the beginning and they didn't comment, i got through and was offered the job. I then simply questioned the salary which was very much lower then expected and no one got back to me. It seemed I didn't matter to the manager or HR and i lost the job offer. Very sad indeed.

Three step interview, assessment test on time management and time zones plus Amadeus quick test for travel, last one with the director of travel I did over Skype. They like great personalities.
