I am an American citizen since 2000 obtained a master degree in mechanical Engineering from Lawrence tech university in Southfield Mi in 2004 worked most of my lifetime in automotive manufacturing companies as production supervisor . Have great knowledge in manufacturing process and continuous improvement methods and process . Hard working person very fair and firm at the same time . Have a lot of people skills and office skills I consider a supervision job as an art and a person who is in that position has to have a good skills to solve the minor and major problem or conflicts as well . I got what I need to run the show easily and productively, I don’t need a lot training to start my mission at the start because I like to figure out by myself . When the company hire me and pay me what I really deserve that means I have to give back in return my experience in improving the quality of the product ,the quantity and reduce the cost of the product and eliminate the waste . The one thing I need and only one is to meet the boss or my superior who is welling to understand my philosophy because my mentality about production supervisor is totally different than most of the management team members .
