100% true . HR Team had no knowledge of any IT role or the technical aspects. Only one guy working from past 6 months. There is no sign of hiring another one. A company’s HR team and hiring process reflects its culture, and this was a major red flag in terms of organization and professionalism. HR dept team lead is very arrogant and rude behavior.
