I first worked for ODS in 2002. When Kaptyn acquired ODS, as a start up GM Trevor Halleran promised us the world but virtually never delivered. The employees arrived and quickly departed through the Kaptyn revolving door. I loved ODS but Kaptyn changed ODS INTO AN AFTERTHOUGHT.
