Actually cool interview as they don't follow normal ways of asking for your CV, but ask for examples of how you see certain topics with their value. ´But it feels like a school exam to match the correct answer. Second one with hiring manager and a team. It was also good experience as they tried to sell the team and raise realistic problems to discuss with you. Things went well until then and they said it was a good impression and promised to get back for the next interview within a week. They never did. The office was not easy to get to, and I spent time applying and coming twice for interview. Don't I deserve any feedback, or at least an auto email to say that they moved forward with someone else? In this sense it is not really a positive experience if they don't respect people's time and effort.
