Primo colloquio è stato telefonico con il Program Manager del programma di accelerazione di riferimento per poi passare, come secondo step, ad una prova scritta che consisteva nella pianificazione del programma di accelerazione che sarebbe dovuto partire da lì a breve.
quick interview, 3 calls with 3 different people. MD, and two associates. mostly behavioral questions but this was for a temporary role so I did not expect much in terms of questions

structured answer application + 2 rounds interview. first round is a chat (motivational/behaviorial type) and if you make it to round 2 it is a take-home assignment on event planning. very rushed process all happened within 1 week. first round interview only requested on same day without prior notice. coordination wasnt that great and somewhat cold communication even though hiring team kept highlighting their work intensity and core value of helping others
Met with the Investment Analyst for behavioral interview and the experience was very professional. The next round you meet with the Investment Associate and have another 30min-40min interview. Both experiences were very pleasant.
