Hi, even I have undergone same situation with Harman! The HR calls me once in a month , for the next round!! I have attended totally 5 rounds after that no response from the HR. When I have tried to follow up she told the position is on hold and will let me know once it is open! So for these 5 rounds they have taken totally almost 4 months!! Really frustrating. She has again called me after 1 month , that too not for the offer instead she was trying to convince me to attend another round and that will be the last round, as per her! As I have already got a good offer from another company meanwhile, I have rejected her option . They are not professional and doesn't care about the candidates.. one should be really alert if they get a call from Harman to attend the interview! Because They play with candidates and literally make them undergo stress and torture them. If anyone wants to experience these, they can get ready for attending interviews with Harman.
