I participated in campus drive. The process is of three rounds. First the aptitude was taken. The second round is of Group discussion. Then personel interview. Then I got a call for technical interview. Had one-one interview. In interview they ask you some technical stuffs and backgroud of project you did in your college time. Within a week got an offer letter. Joined a company within a month.

It usually starts with an initial screening round, where HR or a recruiter discusses my background, project experience, and understanding of Salesforce features.
Then comes a technical interview, which focuses on Apex programming, triggers, asynchronous processes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). I’m often asked to explain how I’d handle scenarios involving governor limits, bulk processing, or integration patterns.

Technical Interview -telephonic by a Sr. SalesForce Developer . If shortlisted,system Interview at their office. Further shortlisted, Interview with Director & finally salary negotiation with HR Department. Interview process complete in a week time. Good experience.
