I was contacted by a recruiter from Tech Mahindra, where I was informed of the position. I showed interest, and afterwards I was contacted by the one of the managers and formally offered the position. I was asked about any former experiences with telephone equipment and the processes and practices I followed during my previous employment/experiences. After being satisfied, I was formally offered the position.
