Interviewing with TDX was very similar to most places I've interviewed - except for one difference. We reviewed my resume and reason for leaving my current employer, went over the ISR job description, growth potential, and salary expectations very early. There were no "gotcha" trick questions, just honest conversations. I felt like their only goal was to determine whether or not I was a good fit for their company and culture.
The unique part of the process is that instead of difficult interview questions, management prefers to have candidates present on two different topics. The presentations are in person to sales management, HR, and the entire ISR team. The point of the presentations are to see if the candidate can educate one's self on the Company and its product.
