J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teach for America en mars 2019
Entretien
I found out I was accepted for the interview through TFA's website. They will ask you whether you want to come in-person or interview online. The interview day consisted of a sample lesson, a group activity, and a one-on-one interview. The sample lesson was a quick 5 minute presentation--expect time to fly by. Afterwards, they read through TFA's mission statement, go through the group activity, and have interviewees volunteer for individual interview slots.
Tip: Be genuine. Show you care about your future students.

Teach For America's staffing for corps member interviews is hit or miss. I felt uncomfortable with the forced rainbow coalition interview set up. It seemed very performative especially when you realized that there were no regular Black people. Everyone graduated from Harvard or had an MBA from some other Ivy. It was weird.
