Entretien
I had a brief phone interview followed by a full day in person interview. Both were very involved behavioral questions but very relaxed. It is important to learn about Teach For America's mission and about educational inequity in the United States. It is also important to highlight leadership experience, volunteer or social justice work, and academic excellence.

Describe a time when you had to make a tough decision as a leader
I went through multiple rounds of interviews before being selected for the program. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the process. I was introduced to many different people working in my state's chapter which was nice.
Ultimately, I decided to end my work with TFA after realizing that the program was not in alignment with my views. This is not a program for everyone and that's alright.

Did a phone interview, I found out I got the offer and joined the Chicago team for one summer. I worked with them for about 6 weeks after as a remote contract employee.

The team was very communicative and provided a clear outline of the hiring process, allowing me to have the option of being well-prepared. This methodology allows both the candidate and the organization to determine if they are a good mutual fit. It also helps TFA thoroughly and appropriately vet candidates.
