Rigorous and testing different facets. speaking, mental, technical etc. Theres about 5 stages in the interview process, all done in same day. as it proceeds, the lower scorers are screened out. The last phase/stage is a 1 on 1 with about 2 technical interviewers

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.

Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
