Worst interview experience in Ireland. HR never called or described about the role or had any compensation conversations. Directly sent interview to 3 people who came for the interview late. They didn’t have the basic manners to introduce themselves but started throwing questions. No patience to listen to the candidate expect one person. Interviewers were not prepared and just rushed. They didn’t even explain anything about the role or their expectations.
