Entretien
The first step is the NQT exam followed by the interview.
Two things to keep in mind about the nqt exam:
1. Based on your nqt marks they will interview you for a specific role.
2. Based on your performance in interview, you will either get the role you interviewed for, or downgraded to the role below the one you were being interviewed for, or in extremely bad interview performance get rejected all together.
3. You will have your aptitude sections and 2 code sections. Numerical questions will be very difficult so don't let them reduce your confidence. Everyone will perform poorly in that section. After that, focus on the english and logic questions. After the aptitude round, you will have the 2 coding questions.
4. The 2nd question carries more marks than 1st one, so if you're not able to solve the 1st one, go to the 2nd one.
5. But remember it is a risk, because you will not be able to go back to the 1st question.
6. The ui is not good, most of us were not able to find the option to show us the actual output of our code to check and compare it with expected output. My friends told me something about an arrow that will open that section for you. If you can't find it, ask the invigilators. Most of us were not able to solve the questions because of incorrect formatting of the output. The questions themselves were easy.

Now for the interview:
1. There will be 3 people in the room taking your interview, Technical, Managerial and HR
2. if you don't know a skill well enough, remove it from the resume. They explicitly tell this, that they do not focus on the quantity of skills but the quality of your knowledge.
3. Read oops, sql, dbms thoroughly. They ask several questions from the core concepts too.
4. Depending on your interviewer, you might even get dsa questions like graph (I met a candidate during my interview day who was asked kruskal and Dijkstra code)
5. Questions for the prime role were on par with digital role, so you can read previous interview experiences for that

shortlisted through nqt then got mail for face to face interview, asked about college project, internship experience and questions on java related to oops and few coding problems on paper and checked logic
