One of the worst interview experience I had , they will schedule interview and never join the call , I had this experience twice they simply schedule the interview and never join , later HR person calls and argue that interview panel was present on the call but i was not present. such an unprofessional people

It was good. They helped in each and every stages of interview. After shortlisted, they took some time for BGC verification. For hikes, it all depends on the role and demand.
