Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

A few basic questions since it was leading into the Seasonal time period, things seemed more like a formality and less like a vetting process. They felt like as I replied the blanks were being filled in to cover the blank white space on the sheet. Which was fine with me because taking this job was more or less a filler for the time being.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
