Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

The interview seemed brief, interviewer appeared desperate to fill position. Spent most of the time appearing to minimize the work load. Appeared distracted while interviewing. Didn't really feel like I was a person being interviewed. More like a cog being inspected to be placed in a machine.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
