J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Seattle, WA) en août 2015
Entretien
Time it took between applying online to an HR rep calling me was 2 days. HR will ask you some basic interview questions and some availability questions. (Why do you want to work for Target? Why did you choose to apply to the Back Room Team Member position? I was then invited for an in-person interview and scheduled a few days later. The in-person interview was couple of quick rounds of behavioral questions from a shift supervisor and an upper management.
In retrospect, I would have de-emphasized that part about me enjoying working with all sorts people since this will raise a flag in their evaluation and they will they try to convince you to be on the sales floor rather than backroom. I may have been lucky that I got a choice--not sure at this point.
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.
