Interview process is very basic and doesn’t allow for the interviewer to see the true qualities of the interviewee. Thus unfortunately the company loses out on great candidates often. This could be rectified by a new interview system.

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Entretien
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
