Show up with your required documents and be prepared when asked if you accept their job offer. There is no real formal interview questions to prepare for. They used to have a formal interview that consisted of a few easy questions and from there they would get you processed right away. But what is the same is you’ll get future information for your orientation date and future start date. It’s straightforward.

Interview is non existent. Normally you do the application then after 48/72 hours they hire you. If you can’t pass the assessment chances are you won’t be hired. Even if you pass the assessment you won’t be hired
Easy minimal questions. Gave you plenty of time to answer without feeling pressured. Lots of people were interviewing at the same time as it was during their peak season so that was a little more awkward

Entretien
Very thorough application process but it took entirely way too long to get an answer, which was "no". I had completely moved on and forgotten about Target when they finally responded.
