You get two interviews, with two different leads, they just ask you basic interview questions, like tell us about a time when you help someone, how would you handle this situation or this situation...

If someone was having a bad day how would you interact with them?
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
