I met with the store manager for the first interview, a second immediately followed with the sales floor team lead and after they briefly met with each other I was job offered.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.

Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there

I was brought into the store to speak to the leadership team. I was asked about what skills I possessed and what I can contribute to a teamwork work culture
