      Entretien

There are multiple rounds of interviews, starting with HR and then with people on the project management team. Some candidates are interviewed by sales team members since the two teams work very closely. Most candidates are interviewed by the CEO as well.

      Question 1

How do you think a tap handle is constructed?

      Entretien

long and arduous. had to sit through something like 4 rounds over interviews, last one ending with the CEO asking me to guess how a handle was made. i was confused because i never had a manufacturing background, but they were sessing for critical thinking skills i guess.

      Entretien

I interviewed 3 times over 3 weeks, once by Microsoft Teams and twice on-site. The application process included answering some questions in cover letter format. Later I spoke with their HR representative and had to rate some of my skills. I then met with about 9 team members, some one-on-one, some in groups of 2. The questions were mostly variations of the same thing. There were 2 written assessments, one analyzing an argument and one responding to 2 example client emails. Like another reviewer, it wasn't clear to me what they were looking for and much of it felt like a personality test. It also felt awkward being interviewed by a few people who were clearly younger than me and didn't seem to have experience interviewing candidates. Later, HR called after hours and asked me to repeat/clarify a couple of my answers. She also asked about salary 3 separate times. They took a month after those 3 weeks to make a decision. What really annoyed me was that during my final week of interviewing, they said they were finished interviewing and then proceeded to give timing excuses (people out of office, etc.) for the delay in making a decision. When I was finally rejected, HR said they chose candidates who had come in the previous week, so they had continued to interview. I felt strung along and guess I was a stand-by candidate. I don't think they appreciate the emotional exhaustion of their process—I've never experienced anything like it.

List some words to describe yourself. What would you do if you won the lottery. Explain how this taphandle was made.
