The process was messy, with far too many stakeholders involved, no one seemed to know what they were looking for, and there was zero alignment across the team. It felt like they were making it up as they went along. After wasting my time in multiple conversations (including a project which I presented in person), I was ultimately ghosted without so much as a basic follow-up. Given the internal disorganization, it’s no surprise they struggle to hold on to clients. Would not recommend engaging with this company unless your time has no value.
