I put in my resume through my college recruiting site. Had an initial phone screening which went well. Asked basic questions such as background, why did I pick the school I went to, why sales? After this I got an on-campus interview with the same person I had the phone screen with. Same basic questions, but more personal, such as why your major, why sales, why do you think you'd be good for Talener, etc. Interviewer had a fun personality, but cursed several times which I found unprofessional. Got a phone interview with someone in a higher-up position, who isn't familiar with legal interview questions or hasn't done much interviewing at all. Asked me what my parents do, if I had any siblings, and whether I had close relationships with them, which has nothing to do with the essential job functions, which again, are not legal questions. I was also asked "Why sales" twice, which really confused me; I wasn't sure if the interviewer forgot they already asked that or they wanted to ask twice to see if I would answer similarly.
Got called back for another interview at their office but received a full time position with another company.
