After applying a recruiter reached out to me for an initial screening call, after that I was sent to the hiring manager for an interview, beyond that would've been a panel interview. The hiring manager couldn't have been more disinterested during the interview and showed no personality, it seemed as if they already had a candidate selected and she just had to waste her time interviewing me and couldn't even pretend to be interested. After our interview I received a generic rejection email in less than a week.
