When I picked up the call from the HR. They were talking very condescendingly and kept downplaying everything that you do. Did not give you any time to speak or to explain yourself before jumping to their own conclusion on how you are not hardworking etc. Totally unprofessional coming from someone from the same field. Felt more like a call just to diss you based on your experience. Compensation seems to be really bad if they are offering low salary with no bonus, no good benefit or anything else.
