The hiring process was simple. First I got a phone screening interview with my recruiter, simple questions about my availability and why I'm interested in the position. He then set up a date for the in-person interview in their NYC location. At the interview I met with their lead of media sales and their director of sales. Both easy-going guys that asked me generic interview questions. It seemed like they were truly interested in culture fit.
