Describe my understanding of safeguarding in schools.
A standard interview. Quite relaxed and easy going. 4 people on the panel including a HR member. The interviewers (including the secondary Consultant) were all new which demonstrated the sort of turnover they have in the company. That was my biggest concern.

I have met with the SLt team and had a 30 min interview about my experiences. Received an offer after a week. However, the offer was less than another school offered so I didn't take it. But heard it was good place to be
