Straight into Introduction if everyone. Maths test. Then called in for results. Not successful n can try again in 6 months. I was gutted didn't get past first hurdle. To add insult to injury later that day I received a telephone call offering me the job...only to realise she rang the wrong person. All this technology in the branch the Flagship store n can't get a telephone call right.

There was an online assessment, then a telephone interview, then I attended an in person interview, which included a maths test for currency exchange and addition, subtraction and budgeting holidays for mock customers

Het gesprek verliep volledig telefonisch en voelde zeer onpersoonlijk aan. Er werd ook geen fysiek gesprek ingepland. Daarnaast waren werd weinig tot geen interesse getoond. (Wat moet ik hier nog meer bijzetten voor 30 woorden)

Good interview, with 3 steps to the process. Maths test, selling a holiday, and questions about yourself. I found it positive, as they were nice and gave you plenty of time to answer each question.
