I progressed to speaking with the manager or team lead, which seemed promising, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any follow-up communication after that stage. Given that I was already at round 4 out of 5, a simple update or closure would have been appreciated. Transparent communication goes a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience.
