"Give a scenario that you experience a conflict in your life and how do you handle that"
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

Entretien
It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

About myself, job experience, personal life, what motivates me, why am I fit to this work and this industry.
Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
