the interviewer is friendly and approachable. I had a chance express myself because they are not like the other that was looks grumpy. They will let you think and will not interrupt while you are speaking.

The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

Entretien
It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
