Entretien
The company only has two recruitment process if you passed the CV screening in my experience, the HR interview and user interview. The process itself only takes one week until the final offer. The interview process is okay, the HR and User interviewing me is nice, although it would be better if the interviewer also turn the camera on (online) while interviewing the candidates, it feels weird to talk to yourself in the meeting room because you are the only one with the camera (the asked you to).

Fast interview and quick results. Too many people at the interview just smile and be confident. The interviewer also very nice you can talk casually. Dont panic and make sure you explain whatever u know bout the role. Do some a bit of research

The interview process consists of two rounds. The first round involves the Recruiter screening the candidate's background, while the second the round involves an interview with the Hiring Manager. The interviews are quite difficult but also comfortable.

Very fast process. The T&A specialist did not show a deep knowledge of Italian CBA. We went through my resume and discussed about my soft skills. Then I was asked about my salary expectations.
