Very smooth when it comes to interview process. I am grateful and bless because the company give me a chance to prove myself that I can work in BPO industry. I promise to do my best to perform my duties and responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and most of all to provide best quality service for the customer.

Entretien
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
