I spoke with a few people in the company. Most of then seemed great, but speaking with HR was not the best experience. When I asked about some of the job responsibilities, there was a lot of pushback for such basic questions.

-HR phone interview (15 min) -Director phone interview (30min) -In person interview (1 hour) -Project presentation (30 min) The in person interview and presentation were during the same meeting. My interview was with 4 people in person and one on the phone. The project was very time consuming and spent way longer on it that I would have hoped. I received good feedback during my interview and presentation but received no offer. Was told that they went with someone with better aligned experience. I found that kind of odd because I’ve been doing the tasks they asked about for 4+ years. The salary they were offering was very low (from the conversations, again no offer). When I told them what I’d be willing to leave for they said it was very high.
