A recruiter emails you a basic email stating all the information about the company and job you are applying for. You schedule a interview with the recruiter and the 1st interview is around 30min long. 2 weeks later, the recruiter emails and ask for another interview that last around 15min.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
