I had a phone interview on a Friday after I sent in my application and the recruiter told me I would hear back by the Friday after that so one week. I waited 2 weeks and had heard nothing back so I finally emailed their careers email address on their website only to be told all intern positions for the summer had been filled. This is not how you conduct a recruiting process. I am in college and this company wasted my time and energy by not telling my outright that I was not selected. Informing candidates that they are no longer being considered for a position is part of the recruitment process and a company as big as this one is embarrassing themselves by not providing that information to applicants.
