1st row - HR then they will send you test in English (C1) and your native language problem-solving skill test. Last row - with team lead, they ask you some questions about customer service and why you choose TDCX Thailand. That’s simple no worry. The company will hire you any way if they have project and need team. If not, good luck!

The hiring process is quite fast takes around a week. However the offer letter given was not transparent on the shift payout and working hours. The salary is below expectation for shifts basis. The recruiter is not professional in terms of accepting the decline decision from candidate.
