HR recruited and reached out to me via LinkedIn. HR conducted phone interview, followed by hiring manager and (1) peer phone interview . Flew up to Baltimore, interviewed with the team managers of several different departments in group style meeting. Time span was 3 - 4 months before receiving initial written offer.
