I applied directly through their website. They replied about 2 weeks later and scheduled a phone interview. During the phone interview they asked a series of pretty basic questions (name a situation where you and your supervisor disagreed) and also asked me to walk them through my resume. Upon the completion of the interview we scheduled a second interview for the following week. I interviewed with two gentlemen (one was tuned in via Skype from the Colorado office). They asked straight forward STAR questions. I received an offer the following week.
