Unusual experience where interview conducted in a car with no translator and could not understand interviewer due to language barrier and they could not understand English either due to background noise or language issues. Did not seem to have knowledge of what they wanted or what they were hiring for and interviewer did not have good knowledge of the need for the position or what was required. Uncomfortable experience.
