Depending on the position, there may be a practical test to assess your skills. For my part, I successfully passed these steps and the practical test, and I got the position with a salary of €15 per hour, which is motivating to continue this experience!

All the process is online, with some test of Gorilla to test your english and your attention to detail, also you will need to write some examples of letter sand emails. The offer is just as freelance and very very low offer, €3/hour as entry level, but anyway it is very very very low .
