I applied online. I had a first initial call with the recruiter, who said I would hear by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything. I sent a chaser email at the start of the following week but got no response. The next day, I got an email from the hiring team asking for my feedback on the interview process, which signed off with "good luck with your search", so I assume I've not been selected. Great way to let your candidates know that you don't value them, bur apparently do value their feedback! I doubt very much that they take any of it onboard.

The process felt professional and well-organized - with every interviewer, I had the chance that they had a clear understanding of the questions they wanted to ask and why.
The process was really transparent (already in the first call with HR, they provided me a clear view of how many steps there would be and what those steps would be).
