Rude HR. Going through interview a waste of time; which is clearly has already somebody lined up for it. Wish it is fair transparent process … it depends on the persons who are interviewers. There are some that genuinely open market but there are positions who are not really open but the organisation seems to have to follow the process to show that it is open process
