I've been interviewed by phone rather quickly as soon as I submitted my application in a job site. The interview was pretty smooth and was about 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was pretty polite and the entire interview process was pretty smooth
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
