The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then another phone interview with potential team members. After this, an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was about 4 hours, meeting with a number of people for a 30-45 minute discussion. The interview was a discussion about my previous work and how I could help / impact the company. After the interview I was taken on a tour of the building, and was very impressed. They did offer to bring me back to meet the team for coffee
