Three rounds of interviews with the final on-site. First two rounds you are tested with 3-4 probability, counting, and game theory problems. The final round tries to put more stress on you with tasks that have time pressure in addition to problems similar to the first two rounds. For the final round they also give you a pretty good tour of the company and let you sit on the desks to talk with the traders.

This was a technical interview with HR and consisted of some stats questions. Organization and logistics were easy and I appreciate being given an interview despite my non-conventional resume that didn't garner many interviews from other companies.

Online assessment that was not that hard and then a phone interview it was not too bad just the usual expected value and probability and that sort of thing. Dice questions and coin questions.
